TERMS OF TRADE

At present we cannot offer credit card facilities, but payment can be made as follows: Payment by cheque in £’s sterling drawn on a UK bank, postal order or other means, payable to "Fingerprint Designs". NOTE:  The EUROCHEQUE scheme has now ended in the UK and can no longer be accepted. Payment by Travellers Cheque  or other means in £’s sterling made payable to "Fingerprint Designs". Payment by means other than £’s sterling (e.g. US Dollars, Euros etc.). Add the equivalent of £8.00  (12.00Euros or  15.00US$) to your order as a contribution towards the costs of bank charges.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

All items should be available from stock unless shown to the contrary on the item description page. Delivery will normally be within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. In any case you should allow 28 days before querying non-delivery.

POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES

Within the U.K.:        Transfer Sheets:        10p per sheet with a minimum charge of 60p                                                                                                         - maximum charge £1.50.                                        Elsewhere:                Transfer Sheets:        15% of order value - minimum charge £1.00.
